There are several Independent Living options available at Lake Pointe Landing. Our community is a no-endowment community.
Privately Owned Villas
We offer three different floor plans for purchase. The purchase price includes homeowners’ insurance. With homeownership, residents are able to take advantage of several benefits of living within the community such as landscaping services, wellness programs and general community amenities. Maintenance and housekeeping services are also available for a reasonable fee.
Patio Homes
Residents can choose from two different floor plans when considering a patio home. The advantage of these homes is that residents benefit from all the amenities of the community. Some of the services included in the monthly lease: housekeeping every other week, most maintenance services, landscaping services and fifteen meals per month, per household.
Independent Living Apartments
For those who prefer living in an apartment complex, this would be the best choice. Residents can choose from one- to three-bedroom floor plans. Included in the monthly lease are all of the services and amenities available within the community.
